concept: roleswap au where satine is the fierce, warlike sister willing to do anything for her vod’ika, her people, and bo-katan is the idealist, the pacifist who rails against injustice and violence. and obi-wan of course, falls for satine all the same.
Okay so if you’re anything like me you see those lists of au ideas floating around and you like them but when it comes time to write something and you need an idea you have no idea what you tagged them as or if they’re buried somewhere in your likes so….have a list of some of the ones I’ve come across!

concept: clone wars gladiator au. cody is the general / gladiator and obi-wan is the emperors’ sibling that wants to bone him. no clue who anyone else is lol.
it would be au, the bad emperor dies, cody does not
cody and obi-wan retire to the country to bone like minks and raise banthas at the end
qui-gon is marcus aurelius whose death starts the whole mess
anakin is lucius verus, obi-wan’s young son (lol)
as much as i loathe him, palps is probs the crazy bad emperor
padme is a senator with dangerous republic sympathies
Concept: a planet-hopping sci fi RPG where the plot’s precipitating crisis is that three different interstellar empires have recently discovered that they’ve all historically claimed exactly the same region of space; they simply hadn’t noticed up until now because, you know, space is big, and they never managed to run into each other in spite of operating in the same area for thousands of years.
(Each faction’s respective leadership would very much like to resolve the problem the old-fashioned way, but their planets and systems are randomly mixed together throughout the claimed region, rendering it impossible to draw borders or establish protected supply lines, and nobody’s established military doctrine covers a situation like this.)
